Spinach paneer balls in Yoghurt

Steps

Chopped spinach wash and blanch add 1tsp. Oil salt and sugar.strain Churn and add besan mix properly.

Grate paneer add salt pepper powder mix well and make small balls. For stuffing.

Now spread oil on a palm spread mixture of spinach stuff paneer ball and cover take some besan and seal properly like a ball. Coat with besan and fry.

Now take curd add sugar mix well. spread in a dish. Arrange spinach paneer balls in curd and drop of mayonese ketchup and garnish with golden raisin apricot and dry cherry.
