Firstly dry roast oats in a kadhai on a medium heat for 2 minutes tossing gently.

Transfer the roasted oats into a plate and set aside to cool.

Once cool enough put pata and sattu in grinder and make a fine powder. If you want you can sieve it.

Transfer the mixture in a big bowl and all other ingredients except ghee and mix well.

Melt ghee in a sauce pan and turn off the flame. Add the melted hot ghee little by little to the mixture and mix them with a laddle.

After you add all the ghee use hand and combine them and form a dough.

Now you can make your desire shape or sprinkle with nuts and your choice and arrange in plate.

Store in a airtight container and enjoy them for week and serve daily after meals as a dessert.
