Steve the chickpeas flour. Grease the plate with oil or ghee and keep aside.

Mix the oil and ghee and heat it and keep aside.

Mix the water and sugar in nonstick kadhai or pan and boil on medium flame till 1string consistency. After making sugar syrup switch low flame add chickpeas flour (besan) and whisk it and cook it on low flame till make smooth consistency.

Add hot ghee and oil mixcher and stir it continuously till separate the pan or kadhai.

Pour all mixcher in greased plate and spread it and cool down. After cool the mixcher cut into the pieces garnish with sliced almonds and serve it.
