Chopped vaidu bhaji and wash 2-3times properly. Bring it to boil for 7-10mins. And strain. Let it cool

Now heat oil in a pan saute chopped onion chilli ginger garlic paste salt till onion looks transparent. Add turmeric powder corriender cumin powder mix well.

Squeeze bhaji properly and add in onion mixture saute 5mins on mid slow flame. Vaidu bhaji is ready. Serve with nylon sev.

Dahi tikhari:- Make a mixture of hungcurd and ghathiya.Heat ghee oil in apan and make tadka of cuminseeds asofoetida add chopped onion slited garlic salt saute for a min add corriender turmeric powder red chilli powder.nbsaute Now turn off flame and add hungcurd mixture stir well on mid slow flame till oil release. Tikhari is ready
