First we cut veggies properly,boil matar,and potatoes in slices and make aluvadi with besan and masala pour batter tunby turn on eggplant leaves and fould then steam in steamer and cut also in slices

Now heat oil in pan add mustard seeds and cumin seeds after splutter add ginger garlic paste,

Meanwhile we mix coconut and finely chopped onions in a plate add dry masala

Now place first potatoes slices in pan evenly then spread mixture of onions and coconut now spread alu vadi on it,and boiled green peas.

Now cover pan and cook for 10 minutes and then mix well when serve

Ready to serve with roties
