Ingredients

1. Coconut grated - 1/4 cup
2. Red chilli - 2
3. Kashmiri red chilli - 1 (Soak in warm water for 15 minutes)
4. Tamarind - very little
5. Garlic - 3
6. Roasted gram dal - 1 tbsp
7. Salt - as needed
To Temper:
1. Oil - 1 tsp
2. Mustard - 1/4 tsp
3. Urad - 1/4 tsp
4. Curry leaves - few

Steps

1

1. Grind all the ingredients under the topic "Ingredients" to smooth paste by adding enough water. Keep in a bowl.
2. Now heat a small pan add all the ingredients under "to temper". Pour this over chutney. Serve with idli or dosa or you can serve with any bhajji or fritters.
