Make puree of tomatoes, khoya and ginger. Take a wok add desi ghee.

Cook onion till golden brown. Now add heeng, jeera, crackle them. Now add tomato puree with Coriander powder, Red chilli powder, haldi. Cook till ghee separates. Now add capsicum, salt and water. Cook till capsicum is done. Now add paneer, amchur and garam masala. Cook for another 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
