Wash the rice and perboil it. Then put in colander and keep aside.

Then wash the peas and cut the carrots to small sizes and grate the cauliflower and keep aside. Then cut your onians and crush your garlic and ginger. Pound attaruhu.Then cut your chicken to small cubes and sprinkle salt.

Break your 3 eggs and fry them. Make the eggs to be scrambled. Them keep it aside.

Then put oil in a pot and add the chicken and put the crushed garlic and ginger and the onions and attaruhu and sweet corn and fry it for 5 minutes. Then you add your grated cauliflower and fry for 2 minutes.

Then you add your rice to the fried vegetables and chicken and add a little amount of hot water and close the lid and leave to cool for 5 minutes.

Finally your Cauliflower rice is done. You can eat it with friend chicken or fried fish
