Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2large field mushrooms
  2. 1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  3. 1 tbsppine nuts
  4. 1 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  5. 1 clovegarlic
  6. Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wipe clean the mushrooms and place on a baking tray.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle the mushrooms with the balsamic and olive oil. Then add crushed garlic, salt and pepper.

    Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 170 C, then turn the heat up to 190 C for another 10 mins or so until the pine nuts start to brown
