For red dough:Mix all the ingredients, and knead into a smooth dough. Rest it for 15 mins

For yellow dough :Mix all the ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Rest it for 15 mins.

Now make small balls from both doughs, and they also should be in equal quantity.

Now roll out the red ball and place yellow ball over it.

Now seal the yellow ball in red dough.

In the same manner, cover all the yellow balls in red dough, now make 3 cuts in a ball.

Fry these balls in lower medium heat for 20 to 25 mins, they will open upon frying

Make a sugar syrup by cooking sugar, water and cardamom powder. Cook until one string is form.

Dip these flowers in warm sugar syrup for 5 mins. Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
