  11. 1 tspPisi illaichi
  12. 1 tspPisi jaifal jawatri
  13. 1 tbspPisa dhanya
  14. 2 tspPisa garam masala
  15. Salt
  16. Podina,hara dhanya,hari mirche,lemon
  17. 2 cupsDhai
  18. Brown pyaz half cup
  19. 1 tbspAdrak lehsan paste
  20. Food clr
  21. Lemon juice
  22. Khewra ess

Steps

  1. 1

    Subse phele chawalon ko saboot garam masala r salt k sath boil kar lein

  2. 2

    Gosht me siwaye brown pyaz r hara masala,food clr k sub dal k marinate kar k 3/4 hours chor dein.

    Phir ek pateeli me half cup oil dalien marinated gosht dalien.

    Uper chawal r hara masala katta hua lemon juice pyaz r zarday ka rung khewra ess me dal k dum lagayen.

  5. 5

    Taway ko phele se garam kar lein 10 min taiz flame pe r 45 min slow falme pe pakne dein.
