Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsoaked Moong dal
  2. according to your needDesi ghee
  3. according to your tasteSugar
  4. 250 gmroasted khoya
  5. as neededChopped dry fruits
  6. 1/2 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Take the water out from Moong dal and put the daal into the mixer and grind the daal properly.

    Now put daal and ghee in the non stick Kadhai and fry it on low flame till it gets light brown in colour. Now add milk and sugar and add 1 pinch of food colour into it.

    Now add roasted khoya and all the dry fruits and saute it properly. Keep it on the flame for 2-3 minutes. Our Moong dal halwa is ready to serve garnish it with dry fruits.
