Whip your cream first.

First set your all ingredients in counter.

In a bowl add egg whites and sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form.

Add egg yolk one at a time.

Add seive flour,baking powder and salt and fold the mixture.

Add oil and vanilla essence in mixture and mix well.

For polka dot take 1 tbsp mixture in bowl each and add colour of your choice and mix.

Greased tray with parchment paper and make dots with colour ful cake batter.

Bake in oven for 5 minutes at 180 degree or stove oven, pateela. I used pateela.

It's done let it cook down. Pour the white better, spread it evenly. Tap it. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 mins at 180 degree or stove oven for about 15 mins.

Take out baking sheet and roll the cake in parchment paper and let it cool completely.

When cool spread whipped cream evenly and leave the edges, roll it carefully. Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
