Keep a cooker add ghee.if you want you can reduce little ghee.

Add Cashew and cardamom.

Add ginger and garlic paste and saute for few minutes

Add water and salt and add the basmathi rice and close it

After one whistle switch off the stove.

Ghee rice is ready.very easy to make and very tasty one.
