250 gmlady fingers/ bhindi
2-3 green chilli finely chopped
1/4 tspcumin seeds
1 pinchAsafoetide / hing
1/4 tspsalt
1 tbspmustred oil
1/4 tspdry mango powder

Wash and cut bhindi.

Heat oil.put cumin seeds and Hing. crackle. add green chilli and bhindi.saute.
3

Add salt.cover few minutes.. soft and cook.open.mix dry mango powder..saute.till crispy..
