Ghee roasted paneer masala

At first take a pan then poured into this 2table spoon ghee hit it wel then add all the dry ingredients 4dry chili, 1table spoon coriander seeds,1teas spoon cumin seeds, 1/4teas spoon fenugreek seeds, 1/2teas spoon fennel, 1/2teas spoon pepper and 5cloves garlic soute it very well with low flame.

Next transfer the all spices which was roasted for cool..then blend it with the help of a mixer grinder and make a smooth paste and keep it aside.

Now take a clean pan poured 2table spoon ghee heat it and roast the paneer cubes on medium flame until it turns brown and keep it aside.

Now poured finely chopped onion and the whole roasted paste spices into this pan and soute wel then add salt, tamarind water,chili powder, Turmeric powder and jaggery mix it very well then add the roasted paneer.

Now its ready to eat..enjoy with chapati, paratha..garnish with coriander chopped leaves.
