Ingredients

18 cupcakes

30-32oreos, 18 whole, 12-14 chopped
16 ouncescream cheese, room temperature (450 gr)
1/2 cupsugar
1/2 teaspoonvanilla
2large eggs, at room temperature
1/2 cupsour cream or greek yogurt, at room temperature
1 dashsalt

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven at 150 celcius

Place oreo cookie in the bottom of each cup of lined muffin tin. Chopped some oreos

With mixer, bear cream cheese. Add sugar and vanilla and continue to mix

Add eggs and mix until incorporated. Add sour cream and salt and mix until an even batter forms

Fold chopped oreos into batter. Divide batter into 18 muffin tins
6

Bake for 22 minutes. Allow to cool and chill for 4 hours or overnight in the fridge

They don't have the browning you will get if you bake them in an oven but they are just as fluffy and delicious as one from the oven.Ps: You do need silicon moulds for this.Also, if you don't have silicon moulds, you can make a mug cake with this recipe you will get about 2 or 3 mug cakes, microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds.
