Steps

Heat ghee/clarified butter in a pressure cooker and add asafoetida/hing and cumin/ jeera seeds. When it splutters, add melon dices.

Add all the spices except sugar and garam masala. Mix well. Close lid of the cooker and cook for 1-2 whistles.
- 3
Open the lid and mix well. Add sugar as per taste and garam masala powder mix and add green chillies(optional) and green coriander. Serve with pooris or paranthas.
