Steps

Place half of the oil or butter in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add half the lemon juice. Mix well and season the pork chops.

Fry pork chops until cooked through fully and golden brown. Whilst cooking the chops, make up a cup of gravy to instructions on the packet.

5 minutes before the end of cooking time, pour over the gravy. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve with rice or potatoes and salad.
