Ingredients

  • 1 cupgraham cracker crums
  • 1/2 cupmelted butter
  • 1/2 cupof white sugar
  • 1 3/4 cupssemi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cuppeanut butter (smooth preferred)
  • 2 cupsmini marshmallows

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. 2

    Stir cracker crumbs, butter and sugar into a medium mixing bowl

  3. 3

    Press into a 8" greased square baking pan

  4. 4

    Bake for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Let cool!

  6. 6

    Melt the chocolate and peanut butter in a double boiler, stirring occasionally until smooth

  7. 7

    Stir in marshmallow, but don't let them melt!

  8. 8

    Spread evenly over the graham cracker crust

  9. 9

    Chill for at least 1 hour before serving
