Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp.Butter
  • 2 Tbsp.Olive Oil
  • 3Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1 Tsp.Italian Seasoning
  • 1 ounceKosher Salt
  • 1 ounceFreshly Ground Pepper
  • 2Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 4 Tbsp.Flour
  • 3 c.Half and Half
  • 1/2 c.Finely Grated Parmesan
  • 12 ouncesPenne Pasta
  • 1 c.Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/4 c.Chopped Parsley

Steps

    Preheat oven at 350℉

  2. 2

    Cook off 12 ounces of Penne pasta

  3. 3

    Sautée ingredients and prepare sauce.

  4. 4

    Cook Chicken with Italian Seasoning, Kosher Salt, and Fresh Black Pepper on both sides for 5 minutes each until cooked fully.

    Spray/Wipe baking dish with butter

  6. 6

    Layer pasta and sauce mix into the pan. Lay roughly half of pasta then top with Mozzarella. Then layer more pasta on top with more Mozzarella.

  7. 7

    Place in oven with no lid for 20 minute until golden brown on top.

    Serve and enjoy
