Blanch the slice of potatoes in a moderate time of blanching strain and rinse into cold water Bring the potatoes into deep fat fryer for 180-200 celcius Drip-drop the fat of the potatoes after deep frying Prepare the spinach by washing it,removing of dust Blanch for a while and chopped saute onions with spinach and add nutmeg Blend together with onions and bring to boil in a smooth texture Garnish in a Base of chrunchy crisp with spinach sauce
