  • 1 cupunsweetened almond milk
  • 1small banana
  • 1/3 cupberries. Try having frozen berries on hand
  • Protein powder
  • 2 teaspoonsflax seed
  • 1 teaspooncoconut oil
  • 1 cupspinach
  • Ice and water
