In a bowl mix together butter and sugar.

Add the milk and beat until its creamy

Add egg, lemon zest and mix well

Add in the flour and make a smooth cookie dough

Divide your cookie dough into three portions. Take one portion and add 1 tbsp cocoa powder and 1 tsp liquid milk. Mix until it’s well combined.

Take another portion and add yellow color to it. Mix

Roll each portion. Cut out the chocolate rolled dough into strips

Then, cut the yellow and cream dough into rectangular shapes. Place the yellow dough on top of the cream dough.

Now, use the chocolate strips and write “Cookpad” on it

Then bake for 10-15 minutes
