1large potato
3carrots
4 tablespoonsnutritional yeast or brewer's yeast
2 tablespoonsvegan margarine
Pink salt or sea salt

Boil the potato and carrots.

Blend them in a blender, adding just a little of the cooking water.

Add the margarine and nutritional or brewer's yeast, then the salt. Blend again. If you want a stronger cheese flavor, add another tablespoon of yeast.

Serve warm with corn tortilla chips.
