  • 1large potato
  • 3carrots
  • 4 tablespoonsnutritional yeast or brewer's yeast
  • 2 tablespoonsvegan margarine
  • Pink salt or sea salt

    Boil the potato and carrots.

  2. 2

    Blend them in a blender, adding just a little of the cooking water.

  3. 3

    Add the margarine and nutritional or brewer's yeast, then the salt. Blend again. If you want a stronger cheese flavor, add another tablespoon of yeast.

  4. 4

    Serve warm with corn tortilla chips.
