Melt butter,set aside,sieve in flour into a clean dry bowl, add all dry ingredients,yeast should be added before salt,mix well,bore a hole in the middle of flour,add in whisked egg,melted butter,flavours and use warm water to mix well,knead up to 3mins,allow to rest for 10mins while covered.

When it rises,deflate,roll out with rolling pin,knead again,mould to oval shape any use finger to bore a hole in the middle or use doughnut cutter,allow to rise before deep frying in preheated oil.

Flip sides,bring out when golden brown and allow to drain in a sieve,sprinkle sugar when its cool,enjoy
