Yam Balls and Fried Egg

Steps

Peel the yam and cut into medium sizes. Wash. Add in a pot. Put water, salt and sugar. Cool till soft but not very soft. Grind the habernaro and onion. Set aside

Grind the yam, add The sasonings,garam masala and grinded yam and mix well. Slice your fried meat.

Pick a good portion of the yam and add the meat in the middle. Toll I to ball shape and repeat theasme till all done.

Crack the eggs and whisk. Put the yam balls in the egg and fry in boiling oil till golden brown. Add little Maggi to the remaining egg and fry. Riloll and stick with a fork. Enjoy
