Parboil and wash the rice.boil the washed snails with salt and onion.

Fry tumeric,fresh pepper,salt,seasoning,onion lightly in vegetable oil add the knorr cubes seasoning and the snails with stock and more water bring to boil and add the parboiled rice stir with a spartular and cover to boil untill done.
