Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except for the ham, Manchego cheese, and bacon.

Once mixed, let it rest for about 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, spread the meat on a piece of aluminum foil and flatten it like dough.

Once spread, place the ham on one end and the Manchego cheese on top of it lengthwise.

After completing the previous step, start rolling it up.

Once rolled, place the bacon slices on top lengthwise.

Wrap it well with the aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes.
