Grind ur kayan miya put in ur cooking pot,add Palm oil and place on fire add seasonings and stir fry

Cut ur ugu leave separate from water leave wash with little salt and set aside

Add ur groundnut paste and fried fish to d cooking pot, stir and cover to cook for five minutes den add ur ugu leaves first stir wel for 10mnts den add ur water leaves den add little salt cook for 5mnts den take off d fire
