Ingredients

  1. 2 cuprice flour
  2. 1 cupfinely chopped fresh methi
  3. 3 tspginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. PinchHing
  6. 2 pinchTurmeric powder
  7. to tastesalt
  8. As neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a large mixing bowl add rice flour, salt, haldi and cumin seeds,add ginger garlic paste

  2. 2

    Wash and cut fenugreek leaves and add bowl,now add water,stir and mix well,

  3. 3

    Heat oil in nonstick frying pan pour batter on it evenly now sprinkle oil and cook on both sides till it turns golden brown

  4. 4

    Ready to serve with tomato sauce
