  • 1 teaspoonCoriander seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoonseeds
  • 2Cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoonCrushed chillie
  • 2Black cardamom
  • 1 teaspoonBlack pepper
  • 2Green cardamom
  • 1 tablespoonSalt
  • 1 teaspoonRed chillie powder
  • 1 teaspoonKasoori methi
  • 1/2 cupTomato puree
  • 1/2 cupFried onion
  • 1/2 cupCurd
  • 1Koela/Angara
  • 1lemon
  • 1 cupoil
  • 1 teaspoonGinger paste
  • 1 teaspoongarlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    You'll get this consistancy after mixing this. We need to marinate this for 45 mins.

    Cook for half an hour on medium-low flame. Don't add water. It'll cook with the curd and tomato puree water. Add hot coal for coal smoke.
