These may be the best meatballs I've ever tasted- served with a creamy mash 😊.

Ingredients

  1. 600 gbeef mince
  2. Handfulfinely diced ham
  3. Herbs of your choice
  4. 100 gparmesan cheese
  5. 200 ggrated cheddar cheese
  6. Spring onion sliced
  7. 1egg
  8. breadcrumbs
  9. milk or cream
  10. To tastesalt & pepper
  11. 2 Tbstomato sauce
  12. 2 Tbsmustard

Cooking Instructions

    Mix beef mince, finely chopped ham, fine parmesan cheese, half the grated cheddar cheese, sliced spring onion, egg, breadcrumbs, milk or cream, salt and pepper in a bowl

    Shape the meat mixture into the same size balls.

  3. 3

    Grease a casserole dish with butter or oil and place your meatballs ready to bake.

    Pre-heat oven and bake uncovered for 30mins or until tender @ 180degrees celsius.

    In a bowl mix tomato sauce, mustard sauce & remaining cheese for topping.

  6. 6

    When meatballs are done-drain the juices and top with your sauce.

    Put back in oven until nicely golden on top.Serve with mash potato or pasta💋
