Steps

In a bowl, Sift flour baking powder yeast and salt

Make a well in centre, Add in water and oil

Mix well to form dough

On a floured surface Knead dough for 10 minutes

Oil dough and put in a bowl. Cover with cling wrap.

Set aside in warm place for dough to rise double it's size. +/- 1 hour

Knock dough Down.

Make balls and set aside again to rise.

Deep fry till brown on each side
