Steps

Peel and cut the yam. Put in a pot and bring to boil. Add seasoning cube and salt cook til 90% cooked. Drain the water.

Break and whisk the egg in a boil, add ginger, garlic and pepper whisk again and keep aside.

In another bowl, sieve the flour add a little salt and black pepper mix together.

Heat the vegetable oil, coat the yam in the flour then the egg mix and fry.
