In a bowl/cup put 1 tablespoon of yeast,4 tablespoons of sugar and pour half cup of lukewarm water

Sieve 2cups of flour and add a pinch of salt

Pour the ingredients in 1 into the flour,mix until it forms a smooth batter and allow it to rise for some minutes

Put oil in a pan and allow it to be hot,scoop some batter into the oil with your hand by pressing the batter to come out from between your thumb and index finger as this is what will make your Puff Puff have a near-perfect spherical shape.

Fry until golden brown
