Cooking Instructions

Wash the all pulses nicely..Soak them for 4 to 5 hours.. now in a mixer grinder, grind them and make a paste

Put this paste in a big mixing bowl.. add all the spices and mix them well.. heat the oil in a kadhai.. make the pakoda from paste and fry them till they become crispy from both side..

Ready, serve it with chutney,sauce and curd
