Ingredients

  1. 200 gmmashur dal
  2. 1onion finaly chopped
  3. 2green chilli
  4. To tastesalt
  5. To tastered chilli powder
  6. 1pinch hing
  7. 1 pinchBaking soda
  8. 1 tspgarlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    Soke the mashur dal in a water for 1hour.

  2. 2

    Take a jar add mashur dal grind it well, Make a paste.

  3. 3

    Take a bowl add mashur dal paste, chopped onion,garlic paste,chopped gereen chilli and all spices, mitha soda mix it well.

  4. 4

    Take a wok heat oil in it,put the matrial one by one till the reddish.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with souce.
