Ingredients

  1. 300 gmsboiled potato
  2. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 cupgrated processed Cheese
  5. 1/4 cupwarm milk
  6. 2 tspmaida
  7. 2 tspcorn flour
  8. 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  9. as requiredOil/ghee for frying

    Firstly grate all potatoes. Take a mixing bowl put grated potato and combine all ingredients salt, black pepper powder, grated cheese, corn flour, maida & warm milk. Mix well. Ready potato jalebi mixture to make jalebi.

    Transfer the Potato Jalebi mixture to a piping bag.

    Heat a pan on medium flame. Add oil / ghee, make jalebi with piping bag. Fry till it turns light golden brown. Turn off the heat.

    Potato Jalebi garnish with chaat masala and serve to players with chutney.Good Luck Friends for today's match.
