Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsabudana(sago) soaked in water (2-3 hours)
  2. 1 ltrmilk
  3. to tasteSugar according
  4. 2mango (puree)
  5. as requiredAlmonds for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Boil milk well,add soaked sabudana in milk and allow it to cook,but not overcooked.Add sugar and boil till melt down,cool it down to room temperature. Once kheer cools down add mango puree.Keep in fridge for 3-4 hours and serve chilled.Garnish with almonds.
