Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsSabhdana
  2. 2potatoes boiled
  3. 1 bowlPeanut crushed
  4. 4Hari mirch chopped
  5. 1 tspSugar
  6. 1 tspLemon juice
  7. 3 tspOil
  8. 1 tspJeera
  9. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. 2 tspCurd

    In a bowl wash sabudana and soak in water (about 4 tbsp) for over night with adding salt.Now in a pan add oil heat on the flame add jeera after crackle add kadhi patta mirchi add pieces of boiled potato,add salt stir it,add haldi powder,black pepper powder and mix well.

    Meanwhile add curd in sabudana and stir it and keep stirring for about 10 mins,now add sabudana and mix well.Cook for 5 mins on slow flame now add peanut powder and mix very well add lemon juice and sugar again mix well keep for sometime add fresh coriander and serve.
