Ingredients

  • 3 litermilk
  • 1 cupSaghodanna
  • 1.5 cupSugar
  • Pistachios as required
  • Almonds as required
  • 3 tbspRaisins
  • 6Dry dates
  • 1/2 cupCashew nuts
  • 1 tspCardamon powder
  • Zaffran 1/2 tsp dissolve in 2 tbsp milk

Steps

  1. 1

    First boil milk add Saghodanna (pani mi thore der bhiga den). Add cardamom powder.

  2. 2

    When its thicken add sugar, almonds, pistachio, dry dates, raisins, cashew nuts, Zaffran any cook for about 10 mins.

  3. 3

    When cook turn off the flame and let it cool completely. Enjoy and served chilled.
