Ingredients

  1. 1kilo chicken fillet
  2. 1 cupyogurt
  3. 1/4 cupfresh lemon juice
  4. 1/2 cupolive oil
  5. 1onion chopped fine
  6. 2 tablespoonmild pepper paste
  7. 1 teaspooncurry
  8. 1 teaspooncilantro dry
  9. 1 teaspoonginger
  10. 1 teaspoononion powder
  11. 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  12. 1 teaspoonred pepper powder
  13. 1 teaspoonsalt and pepper
  14. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all spices add to chicken and let it rest for 6 hours

  2. 2

    Use any vegetables your choose stick them with chicken onto the skewers and spray an extra oil on top and cook them about 5 minutes on each side on medium heat if you using out side grill

  3. 3

    If you using oven use the broiler only keep your eyes on it every 3 minutes you flip the meet it will take about half hour

  4. 4

    You serve it on top of pita that spread with Ketchup With raw onion with sumac parsley salt and olive oil
