Take a mixing bowl. Sieve the maida & salt. Add butter & mix well. Make tight dough with cold water use hand for smooth dough (just like muthiya) covered & take in fridge for 30 minutes

Now take out dough from fridge and make big & thick chapati and cut in small round shape tart with round cutter. Put the round shape tart in tart mould, press all sides nicely then make holes with help of fork inside. The tart is ready for baking.

Now preheated the gas tandoor for 15 minutes. Keep all the tart on the tandoor's lettuce. Bake for 15 -20 minutes on medium to low flame. Turn off the gas. Demould the tarts & put it in the plate. Ready to serve.
