This is very easy, quick, and delicious. Sinaloa style.

Fry the tortilla strips in oil until crispy, then drain them on paper towels.

Meanwhile, cook the tomatoes and the seeded guajillo chile (to taste). Once cooked, blend them with some chipotle chiles, the quarter onion, garlic clove, and a pinch of salt.

Once blended, heat a little oil in a pot and pour in the blended mixture. Sauté briefly, then add water and bring to a boil. If you like, you can add a chicken bouillon cube. Once it boils, it's ready to serve.

To serve, place the tortilla strips in a bowl, pour the broth over them, and top with cheese cubes, avocado, and cream. Ready to eat.
