Cooking Instructions

Make 3 sandwiches by applying butters do placing one cheese slice each on non buttered slice. Roast each sandwich lightly on griddle,so cheese melt. Cool them. Cut into 9 pieces.

In mixing bowl add both flours,salt, chilli flakes and black pepper powder mix and add enough water to make pouring consistency batter. Keep aside for 1/2 hour.

Dip each cheese sandwich piece in prepared batter and drop in hot oil. Deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
