  1. 1 cupCooked Basmati Rice
  2. 1Beetroot grated
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 1 tbspgrated garlic
  6. 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  7. 1 tsp kitchen king masala
  8. 1 tbsp ghee
  9. 1 tsp cumin
  10. 1star anise
  11. 1elaichi
  12. 3cloves
  13. 2 cinnamons
  14. 1 tbsp raisins & chopped cashews
  15. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan add ghee, cumin, cloves,cinnamons, elaichi & star anise, stir and add raisins & Cashews mix and add garlic, onion and cook till onion turns pink.

    Now add one by one Tomato, beetroot, salt,kitchen king masala & cook for a while lastly add cooked rice mix well and cook for few minutes mixing continuously, turn off gas, sprinkle coriander.

    Serve hot,colorful tasty Beetroot Pulao in a plate garnish with Tomato flower & chopped coriander.
