Sift flour and baking powder in a large bowl.

Add in sugar,melted butter/margarine,milk,eggs,and salt.

Mix well and knead till you get a smooth and elastic dough.

Cover and let rest for 10mins.

Flour a smooth surface and using your rolling pin roll flat till 1cm thick.

Using a knife cut into 4×4cm squares and use a ruler or the blunt part of your knife to make crisscross on the top of each square.

Deep fry in hot veg oil.
