Steps

Take 3 large hard boiled eggs.

Slice them into medium sized rings with a sharp knife.

Egg rings are ready. Put the yolks in rings intact.
Heat 7 tablespoons olive oil in a pan. Place the egg rings and start frying in low -medium heat. - 4
If few yolks come out at the time of frying, not a problem. Fry without mashing.

Add 2 tablespoons red chilli flakes.

Add fistful of finely chopped garlic. Add a teaspoon / required salt.

Add a tablespoon of light soy sauce.

Mix gently. Flip sides and fry the eggs until golden.

Garnish with fistful of finely chopped green onions. Remove from heat. Strain excess oil.

Transfer egg coins along with the masala to a plate. Hunan Golden coins are ready. Serve hot.
This protein rich Chinese starter is a perfect snack for kids and others in the family.
