Ak pan mein turai kay chilkay, chana ki daal, lahsan or shami kabab masala, in saab cheezo mein 1 glass pani daal kar paknay kay liye rakh daay medium flame par.

Pani dry hu jaya or daal gaal jaya tu flame off kar daay. kabab kay masalay ko pees lay chopper mein.

Pisay huwa masalay mein chopped onion add kar daay.

Masalay ko mix kar kay round shape mein tikkia bana lay.

Pan mein oil daal kar shallow fry kar lay tikkia ko 2 side's se.

Shallow fry hu jaya tu sreve kary. Mazay dar turai kay chilko kay kabab tayar hia.
